Fifteen years ago – in the midst of the “Great Recession” of 2008 – Satrix Solutions was born. I filled out a few forms, formulated a company name (a portmanteau that combines the words “satisfaction” and “metrics”), and set out to find my first client. With a bit of persistence, some support from former colleagues and friends, and a lot of luck, I landed my first few accounts. I may not have been the best salesperson, but being passionate about the value of our services helped.
Satrix Solutions’ first “office”.
In 2009, it was time to add a couple of team members who possessed skills that I didn’t. To this day, I am very grateful for the impact Heather Timney and Rob Davis had on our early success, not to mention the vital role Jonathan Beretta has played at Satrix these past ten years.
The 15 years since our founding has included periods of significant growth, a couple of economic downturns, a once-in-a-generation pandemic, and a few more gray hairs, but I’m immensely proud of what we’ve accomplished and so thankful for all who helped us over the years. I’ve had the privilege of working with some amazing partners, fantastic colleagues (the current Satrix team is the strongest ever!), and absolutely wonderful client contacts. Equally as important is the pride I feel knowing that we’ve helped many companies strengthen relationships and maximize their potential with their customers and employees.
There’s a lot more left to do, and I’m incredibly optimistic about what’s to come, but on occasions like this, it’s important to pause and take a moment to appreciate what got us here. To all our clients, partners, and team members (past and present) – thank you!!
