The countdown has begun! In just a few days, we will be in beautiful Miami Beach for the 8th Annual Net Promoter® Customer Experience Conference. This year also marks our second consecutive year of conference sponsorship.

During his 2:30pm session, Patrick will detail how his team used lessons learned from last year’s conference to reshape TriNet’s Net Promoter program and explain how his organization has raised the bar with closing the loop, reporting, segmentation, and employee accountability.
